Clean Shred is moving… We love the culture we have created in our current space and are sad to leave but i can assure you the new House of Shred will take this baby to a whole new level!
The new space is 1/10 Salisbury Road Castle Hill and the facility will include more of the great Clean Shred action with the addition of some very cool aspects.
The new space is 4 times bigger than current and will include:
- Body Comp – more space, more time slots, more equipment, more ‘fun’
- HIIT – dedicated High Intensity Interval Training area
- Yoga – specialised infared yoga studio, the first of its kind in the area
- Boxing – specific boxing fitness classes
- Physiotherapy – new treatment area
- Capped gym membership – offering limited gym membership meaning you will be able to train anytime with the best equipment in our friendly environment
- Smoothy chill out area – new funky space to chill out after your workout
