INFRADED SAUNA

The infrared sauna is an enjoyable and relaxing way to get a deep sweat at more comfortable temperatures than a traditional sauna. This means you can stay in for longer and get more benefits. The difference is that an infrared sauna heats the body from the inside rather than heating the air which can make it hard to breathe.

We recommend using your time in the sauna to read a book (you can do this without ruining your book as it’s adry sauna), meditating, relaxing, listening to music etc. A great way to unwind and take some time for yourself whilst reaping some amazing health benefits. We also 20-40 minutes as a time frame for your sessions or as long as you can comfortably handle. No need to go over 60 minutes. Have a shower afterwards and ensure you stay hydrated before, during and after. Take your time when getting out of the sauna and take it easy for a few minutes whilst your body cools down.

SAUNA USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Turn Sauna on and allow 10 mins to heat up. Set time to 60 mins or desired time.
  • Ensure you sit completely on a towel not touching the wooden seat.
  • Keep water nearby to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your sauna. We recommend ensuring you’re extra hydrated in the lead up.
  • Relax and enjoy your sauna. Utilise this time to relax, read a book from the CS library located near the entry or listen to music.
  • When finishing ensure you take your time getting up and please remove towels and place in basket.
  • Turn the Sauna off and leave the sauna door open to air out.
  • We highly recommend you have a shower after your sauna to ensure you wash off any toxins from the sweat and avoid any reabsorption.
  • Keep well hydrated throughout the rest of the day.
