These Open days are always massive and we want this one to be the biggest yet!

Jump in our workout show casing the new way to train for optimum results, Listen to our expert coaches present the latest strategies for better health and wellness, bring your young aspiring athlete in to train like a pro, learn Olympic Lifting or just drop in for a look, massage and a healthy treat!

8.00am – Open Functional Workout – Explore the new world of functional fitness including Movement, Skills, Functional Strength, Core and Metabolic HIIT all rolled into one action packed workout…(Beginner Group – If your new to training or just want to ease your way into it, there will be a group allocated just for you.)

9:15am -* Nutrition and wellness strategies for optimum health and energy

9:15am – Youth Athlete Development (ages 12 – 18) – Learn how to get faster and be better at sport! Get a taste of what it takes to train like an Olympian or NRL star in this fun and explosive session – Rugby League, Football, Netball, Basketball, Hockey, Tennis, Track and Field or any sport requiring speed and power.

10:15am – Olympic Lifting – Learn or improve your Clean and jerk or Snatch under the watchful eye of Hills Barbell Club head coach Vanessa Kerr.

11:00 – 12:00 – Open Gym – Come and try out a true performance gym equiped with everything you need to improve your athlete or life performance
