We have spent the last 6 years testing, tweaking and refining what is now referred to by our clients as the “Ultimate Workout”. Once you try it you will be hooked, finally remembering what it feels like to be fit, strong and healthy again.

Available individually and online but our most recommended version is our small group TEAM TRAINING with our expert coach and a super motivating environment to inspire you to even higher levels of athleticism.

The Workout Breakdown

Dynamic Warm up

More than a warm up the start of our sessions reset all the areas that get tight from day to day life and prepare your body and mind ready for the workout
We use targeted foam rolling and stretching for better body tone, corrective and activation movements to ensure you the right muscles are ready to move, finishing with movement pattern development and nervous system activation to ensure you are jumping into the workout.

STRONG ZONE

This is where we build a strong body with Functional Strength targeting the foundational movements you need to perform great at life. It includes movements like Squat, Bench Press, Rows and Deadlifts.. With the best part being that exercises are modified to suit where you are at with your strength, mobility and stability. E.g. The movement will be the same just the way you do it may be slightly different meaning we progress in movement ability as well as strength.

Power Zone

This area starts to get the heart rate up and works on specific muscle parts like the glutes and arms. Get ready to do some exercises you know and some you have never seen before. The great part of this section is that you can improve by going faster or by increasing resistance giving the body long lasting results.

Athletic Zone

Now is the time to bring the sweat! Smart conditioning program to get the most fat loss and fitness. The aim is not just to make you sweat but to actually make you more athletic meaning if you needed to you could take on the kids in the park at basketball or chase down that runaway trolley.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Step up to advanced lifting techniques by attending one of our speciality classes that include specific lifts to help you improve lifts like Power Cleans, Clean & Jerks and Snatches. Go even further and join our Hills Barbell Club and compete with Vanessa Kerr NSW weightlifting coach.

GYMNASTICS STRENGTH

Another chance to learn a speciality skill of muscle ups and handstands attend one of our speciality classes and learn the techniques of these advanced movements.

The best part of the individualised system within a small group training model is that it works for both females and males of all ages. We literally have 20 year olds training next to 50 year olds and everything in between. Yes! We have all ages finding new levels of strength, transforming physiques and creating a bulletproof body for life!
