Exp21 Athlete Performance Camp
At Clean Shred
The EXP21 ATHLETE PERFORMANCE CAMP is held during the school holidays at Clean Shred a world class high performance facility in Castle Hill, providing athletes an opportunity to experience what it’s like to train like a pro athlete.
In the morning we will go through combine testing protocols used by the NFL, AFL and many leading sporting groups to see where they currently rank and what they need to work on to get better. These tests will be analysed by our coaches and used for individual extras in the afternoons training session.
Following the testing, the athletes will play modified sporting games like 3 on 3 Basketball, Netball, Football, Soccer or Cricket. Teams will be allocated by coaches with friends being kept together where possible.
After Lunch we go through a training session on how to increase speed, strength and power appropriate to each age group. This will also include individual extras formulated from the mornings testing.
The late afternoon will include more skill specific games and a ninja warrior course to test their human movement skills.
Each athlete will have a chance to win prizes and to gain a ranked position on our athlete leaderboard.
For multiple day events the activities will slightly change each day, there is no sleep over at multi day events.

Cancellation Policy: including illness, injury or change of mind.
- Cancellations will be issued a Clean Shred credit 5 days or more before the event. (a credit can be used at any future event)
- Cancellations will NOT qualify for a credit or refund* within 3 days of the event.
*Credits / Refunds are not permitted as staffing/wages, venue hire and other costs associated with performing this event are paid in advance.
