The Athlete Development Program at Clean Shred specialises in gym work to increase the speed and athletisism of young athletes. Program focuses on mobility, movement, skills, strength, power and speed. The program has had great success with Track and Ball sports athletes with many seeing success at national and international level.
8AM – 9am intro Games / success mindset
9AM – 10.30AM – Body balance assessment
10.30AM – 11.30AM – Technical Movement and Speed position assessment
11.30AM – 12.30PM – 5m Speed, Jumps, Agility and Throw testing
12.30PM – 1.30PM – Lunch
1.30PM – Video comparison /
Special guest talk
2.00PM – Advanced – Speed, Jump, agility and Throw drills
3.00PM – Strength work. Bar or body basics.
4.00PM – Mobility holds and Mindset
